As a result, some tourists would rather fly, as it is quicker and they consider sitting on a bus or train a waste of time. For those who don't mind to take a bit longer, there is so much to see which is not visible from a plane. From a bus you can see women working in the rice fields. You can even spend some time learning a few Chinese phrases. Few can resist tasting the local delicacy - bird's nest soup, though you may have difficulty in acquiring a taste for one-hundred-year-old eggs!
