Прошлым летом Джим и Джилл пошли в лес. Тот день был прекрасен. Было очень жарко и солнечно. Джим и Джилл шли по лесу, потом сели под большим деревом.

Они много о чем разговаривали. Вдруг они увидели маленькую птицу. Птица упала от дерева. Джим взял птицу в руки и дети пошли домой. Они положили птицу в коробку. Ребята очень любили эту птицу. Они давали птице хлеб, яблоки, кукурузу и воду. Эта птица жила в их доме в течение двух недель. Потом Джим и Джилл взяли птицу обратно в лес. Птица была очень рада.
