3. a) The sentences are from the dialogue between two friends. What is it about? Listen, read and check. What are you doing? I'm waiting for my dad. What does your dad do? Come and meet him. OK, let's go! James: Hi, Mike! What are you doing? Mike: I'm waiting for my dad. He's paiting this hospital. James: Is he a painter? Mike: Yes, he is. I sometimes meet him after school, then we catch the bus home. What does your dad do? James: He's a teacher. Look! There he is, across the road. He is waving goodbye to the chilren. We usualy Mike: OK, and then you can meet my dad! James: OK, let's go! b) Read again. What does Mike's dad and James' dad do?

    This is a dialog about occupation of boys’ fathers.

    They talk about the profession of fathers, what they fathers do.

    Mike’s dad is a painter. He is painting the hospital.

    James’s dad is a teacher.
