1. Is it lunch time? 2. What is the price of the beef? 3. How much does Linda's (your, если спрашивала Линду) skirt cost? 4. Did you invite many friends to your birthday party? 5. What school do your children attend? 6. Там не может быть likes, потому что при переводе в косвенную речь реплика переводится на одно или 2 времени раньше, чем было, а в будущем времени will переходит в would. Так что там liked всё-таки, и тогда: What do you like to do on your days off? 7. Will we go to the country tomorrow? 8. Where were you all this time? 9. Do you often go to England?
